SCAFFOLD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY


  • It is the responsibility of the customer to see that only qualified personnel are allowed access to the scaffold and to make sure the scaffold and components are inspected daily by a competent person and after any circumstance that would affect the structural integrity of the scaffold.


  • The scaffold may not be altered, added to, or components removed in any way, as this will compromise the structural integrity of the scaffold.


  • All personnel who access the scaffold must comply with CAL-OSHA guidelines.


  • It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain grade conditions that are adequate to support scaffold loads.


  • It is the responsibility of the customer to remove any debris, material, or machinery that may interfere with the scaffold install or dismantle prior to Pacific Scaffold Co., Inc. starting work.


  • Securing the scaffold to the structure is based on a one time only basis. Additional trips to re-secure the scaffold will be billed on a time and material basis.


  • Customers are held responsible for all scaffolds on the job-site and agree to reimburse

        Pacific Scaffold Co., Inc for any and all lost, stolen or damaged equipment.


  • No form of containment materials shall be attached to the scaffold such as netting, tarps, shrink-wrap etc. without prior written approval from Pacific Scaffold Co., Inc.


  • Arrange with PG&E any necessary safeguards from power lines.


  • It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain permission for Pacific Scaffold Co., Inc. to install and/or access any adjoining property if required.


  • Customer, owner and/or contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Scaffold Co., Inc. from all claims, losses, injuries, fines or property damage which arise due to the violation of

        Pacific Scaffold Co Inc. terms and conditions agreement.
